Crafted in our woodshop in Central KY. This Drum Carder has been a project 8 years in the making. During the designing process I decided to LOAD the carder with any helpful feature I could imagine. (Including several never seen before features)

From the finished prototype I worked backwards going through my system to craft these efficiently so I could make the price VERY competitive and give you the greatest value. I am so excited to offer this product. As always if you don't absolutely love it I do WHATEVER it takes to make it right.

The carder is a work of art. The tools and how he created slot to fit each tool is genius. I had an old carder and I always had to take it completely apart to clean out the bearings. You don’t have to worry about that with this carder. Everything comes apart, so simply to clean and cleaning the drum with the self cleaning drum is just amazing. I love it. The batts are beautiful. Worth every penny.

Functions every bit as well as the video says it does. The licker in picks up almost no fiber as long as you don't force feed it or hold back on the fiber. I'm more than happy with my purchase.

Works great - so many extras like a drum cleaner. Im new to processing wool and this makes it easy!
